1. PROMOTION ORGANISING COMPANY

The company Positec (UK & Ireland) Ltd with registered office at 20-22 London Road, Newbury RG14 1JX Berkshire, United Kingdom, and tax identification number GB758426792, is organising for promotional purposes a prize draw (hereinafter, the “Promotion”), nationwide in scope, to be carried out online, exclusively for users residing in United Kingdom and of legal age, in accordance with the participation conditions set out below.

2. START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will start on 19th May 2026 and will end on 30th June 2027, with the possibility of being extended thereafter.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

Participation in this Promotion is open exclusively to natural individuals over 18 years of age, legally resident in Spain, who comply with the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Participation is free through prior registration following the instructions on the platform.

To formalise participation, the consumer must:

a) Register via the promotional link provided.
b) Access the participation form and complete the required personal data truthfully and in full.

4. PRIZES

The Organisation reserves the right to modify the prizes and the number of units available throughout the Promotion

Rewards (Prizes):

  • Direct prizes will be awarded via draws among valid entries registered on the Easypromos platform, while supplies last.
  • Easypromos guarantees the transparency of the draw results and issues a validity certificate for each draw, the outcome of which cannot be altered by the organiser. Any participant may request this certificate.

Draws:

  • Monthly draws with random prizes that will change from month to month.

Official Real Madrid merchandise and experiences available through the platform are subject to availability. In the event of stock shortages, the Organisation reserves the right to provide an alternative item or experience of equivalent category, without giving rise to any claim by the participant.

Draw Prizes include:

  • Real Madrid scarf: 10 units per month (subject to change).
  • Real Madrid cap: 10 units per month (subject to change).
  • Real Madrid shirt: 2 units per month (subject to change).
  • Real Madrid Sports City experience: 4 units (double tickets).
  • VIP tickets for Real Madrid matches: 10 units (5 double VIP tickets at the Bernabéu).
  • Real Madrid memorabilia: 1 unit.

5. LIMITATIONS

Participants who do not meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, or who provide invalid data, will be automatically excluded from the Promotion and forfeit any right to prizes.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged, altered or redeemed for cash.
Waiver of a prize does not entitle the participant to compensation or an alternative prize.

Positec (UK & Ireland) Ltd. shall not be liable if the winner is unable to enjoy the prize for reasons beyond its control.

Positec (UK & Ireland) Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify participants who act fraudulently, abusively or in bad faith.

Positec (UK & Ireland) Ltd. reserves the right, for justified reasons and with prior legal notice, to modify, suspend or extend the Promotion.

Any tax or fiscal charges arising from acceptance of the prize shall be borne by the winner, as well as any other expenses not expressly assumed by Positec (UK & Ireland) Ltd.

A period of three (3) calendar days from the award of the prize is established for submitting any justified claims.

Positec (UK & Ireland) Ltd. reserves the right, if necessary, to replace the prize with another of similar characteristics.

6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions that are offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory or that infringe third-party rights will not be permitted. Comments that violate rights to honour, privacy or personal image will also not be allowed.

The Organisation shall not be liable for damages arising from comments posted by participants that may offend the sensitivity of others.

7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By way of example and without limitation, the Organisation shall not be liable for losses, theft, delays or circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the Promotion, nor for the use made of prizes by participants. No liability is assumed for damages suffered by participants, winners or third parties.

No liability is assumed in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the Promotion or the enjoyment of prizes. If the Promotion cannot be carried out due to fraud, technical errors or other causes beyond the control of Positec (UK & Ireland) Ltd. the Organisation reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend it, including the participation website.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Participants guarantee that the personal data provided is accurate and undertake to notify Positec (UK & Ireland) Ltd.. of any changes thereto. Positec (UK & Ireland) Ltd.. reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion any Participant who has provided false data. Participants are advised to exercise the utmost diligence with regard to Data Protection through the use of appropriate security tools, and Positec (UK & Ireland) Ltd.. shall not be held liable for any unlawful data theft, alteration or loss.

Participants have the right to (i) access their personal data, as well as to (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its erasure, (iii) request the restriction of the processing of their data, (iv) object to the processing of their data, and (v) request data portability. Participants may exercise these rights by sending an email to [email protected], stating the reason for their request.

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or judicial action, Participants shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable regulations or if their rights have not been duly satisfied.

The Supervisory Authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint.

9. CHANGES

The Organisation reserves the right to modify or extend these Terms and Conditions, provided participants’ rights are not adversely affected.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the participant’s place of residence.
